1. Agreement

By booking a vehicle through Moroccan Car, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We act as an intermediary to facilitate your car rental in Morocco.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Reservation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email.
  • Payment: We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard. A deposit may be required to secure the vehicle.
  • Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.

3. Driver Requirements

  • Age: The driver must be at least 21 years old.
  • License: A valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years is required. International drivers must present a valid passport.

4. Vehicle Delivery (Airport Service)

We specialize in airport delivery (e.g., Casablanca Mohammed V). You must provide valid flight details. In case of flight delays, please contact us immediately at +212 677-773121 or +212 677-773937.

5. Vehicle Use

  • The vehicle must not be used for off-road driving (unless it is a 4×4 designated for such use), illegal activities, or subletting.
  • Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited.

6. Insurance and Liability

  • Vehicles come with standard insurance.
  • The renter is responsible for any fines (speeding, parking) incurred during the rental period.
  • A security deposit (franchise) may be blocked on your credit card at pickup and released upon the safe return of the vehicle.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Casablanca.
